N-Hanced Benefits
- Immediate answers to your questions. N-Hanced Support provides access to a live agent by Instant Message, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- On-the-spot electronic application submission. From your office, from a client’s home … no matter where you are, electronic application submission allows you to transmit your deals directly to N-Brook, with a guaranteed reply time of 24 hours.
- Status reports at your fingertips. Only the N-Hanced Support platform grants access to the Brokers area, where you will be able to view the status of all your active deals.
- All standard broker services, including up-to-the-minute rates, printable mortgage product sheets, and more.
When you submit your first deal, you will be added to our database and then contacted with your log in information. Once you've received your User Id and Password, you can then take full advantage of the N-Hanced Support program.
